Bernard Frankis  has been involved in the construction industry since 1986. He runs his own consultants specialising in construction cost and business management. Prior to this he worked as a quantity surveyor in Waterford for HKTT and ran his own construction business in London.

He has experience in all aspects of the cost control, administration and management of construction projects in particular in the education, health, residential, leisure and commercial sectors in both the UK and Ireland.
